Trailhead Project Partners provides outsourced procurement, sourcing, project support, bid assistance, research, and business operations services. Each engagement is scoped and priced individually and is confirmed in writing before work begins. These website terms describe general use of the site; the specifics of any paid engagement are governed by the written scope and price you approve for that project.

Submitting a request through our project support form does not create a binding obligation on either party. Work begins only after we have provided a scope, timeline, and price and you have approved it in writing.

Projects are priced for a defined scope of work. If the scope changes after work has started, we will pause, price the change, and confirm it with you in writing before continuing. You will not be billed for expanded scope you have not approved.

Trailhead Project Partners does not act as your legal agent, does not practice law or licensed engineering, and does not sign contracts, purchase orders, or other binding agreements on your behalf unless separately and explicitly agreed to in writing for a specific engagement.

Content on this website, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Trailhead Project Partners unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Deliverables produced as part of a paid engagement belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Trailhead Project Partners provides research, sourcing, and administrative support services, and does not guarantee any particular business outcome, supplier performance, or bid result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trailhead Project Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

We treat information shared with us in connection with a project as confidential and will sign a non-disclosure agreement upon request before beginning sensitive work.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is always the current one.
